Hbeje Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Eligibility

Hbeje (https://hbeje.app) is an online gaming platform offering a wide range of games, casino, and betting services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hbeje and its users.

By visiting the hbeje website, creating an account, playing any game, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using hbeje.

Hbeje reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Account Register

A valid account is required to play on hbeje. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Creating an account in someone else's name is not permitted.
• Keep your account details up to date whenever there are any changes.

Hbeje may request a national ID or other documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Hbeje services are for adults only. You may not use hbeje if any of the following conditions are not met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You must ensure you are in a sound state of mind and playing of your own free will.
• Anyone previously banned by hbeje is not permitted to register.

Hbeje reserves the right to immediately close any account created with false age or information, and to forfeit all balances in that account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on hbeje are available via mobile banking and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours.
• Account balances may only be withdrawn to a registered payment method.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for investigation.
• Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be closed.

Hbeje reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction at its sole discretion, particularly where a transaction appears suspicious.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Hbeje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• Read all associated wagering requirements in full before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended.
• Hbeje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account. Not all games are eligible for bonus play — the list of qualifying games is specified with each bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on hbeje are operated to international standards, with Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensuring fair outcomes.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and unbiased.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wager amount will be refunded.
• If your connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is transparently published on the platform.

Hbeje games are regularly audited by independent third-party organisations. In the event of a technical error in any game, hbeje reserves the right to void the result of that round.
